PoolDocx was started in 2021 by Nate Diaz. Nate’s passion for pools started in early 2019 when he decided to add a hot tub on to his existing pool. Rather than hire a company to do the design and build, Nate took it upon himself. Everything from the initial CAD modeling, to the excavating, masonry, electrical, plumbing and final finishing work, was all completed without outside contractors. What started out as a project to satisfy a need, turned into a full blown passion for pools & spas.

In 2021, with over 16 years of General Management experience in the retail segment, Nate decided it was time to set out on his own and start his company. PoolDocx was born from this combined passion for pools and customer service.

PoolDocx employs only Pool Chemistry Training Institute PCC-R certified technicians and is a member of the CYA Alliance. We are committed to providing a cleaner, healthier, and more ecological approach to pool chemistry. Where a lot of other companies will load up an inline feeder with TriChlor, complete a quick brush and then leave, our focus is on maintaining an ideal balance of all chemicals to maintain Perfect PoolDocx Water. Water that is not only beautiful, but safe for bathers and safe for your pool and equipment.
