PoolDocx Service Agreement Details
Standard Weekly Maintenance Service Agreement Details
$225 + Tax per month on pools up to 20,000 gallons (most pools).
20,000 to 35,000 gallons, $20 extra per month.
35,000 to 45,000 gallons, $40 extra per month.
Extremely large pools, detached spas, or multiple water systems will be additional and quoted on initial visit.
On initial Service Start-Up, Calcium Hardness, Alkalinity, and CYA must be within the following limits or additional charges for chemicals will apply.
Calcium Hardness: 250-550 PPM (Plaster Pool); 100-550 PPM (Vinyl/Fiberglass Pool)
Alkalinity: 70-150 PPM
CYA (Cyanuric Acid): 30-150 PPM
If Calcium Hardness is greater than 550 PPM, or Cyanuric Acid is greater than 150 PPM, a partial drain and refill will be required to bring chemicals to the correct levels. In these cases additional charges will apply for correct chemical balancing.
Standard Weekly Maintenance Service prices are for DE and Cartridge type filters only (the most common today). Sand Filter change outs will be handled on a case by case basis and will be custom quoted for each system.
Payment & Terms
Credit Card on file will be automatically processed on the 1st of every month. First payment will be upon start up and will be prorated for the remaining portion of the month.
Extreme weather events such as a Hurricane or Tropical Storm will result in No Service.
We do not charge extra for months with 5 weeks.
We take off the following holidays:
New Year’s Day – No Service
Independence Day – Service will be done before or after the holiday.
Labor Day – Service will be done before or after the holiday.
Thanksgiving Day & Weekend – No Service
Christmas Week – No Service
There will not be credits on the holidays with no service. This is why we do not charge extra for months with 5 trips for service.
